Shikha Sarin is an Advocate-on-Record before the Supreme Court of India and leads the Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Practice at Eidoria Partners. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and other key judicial and regulatory forums.
She is also a panel lawyer for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) before the High Court of Delhi and represents the State of Goa before the Supreme Court of India.
Shikha possesses extensive expertise in Telecom, Media & Technology (TMT) and E-Commerce matters, where she combines regulatory advisory with strategic dispute resolution. She advises clients on licensing, compliance, and complex techno-legal issues across telecom and digital ecosystems, including spectrum management, regulatory levies, licensing frameworks, and evolving data protection regulations.

Having served in leadership and consulting roles across major multinational sectors, her expertise strengthens corporate compliance and refines risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, she specializes in developing robust data privacy compliance frameworks in increasingly regulated digital environments and facilitating trademark registration to protect brand value.
Her professional expertise is anchored in a distinguished academic background, including a BSL, LL.B. degree from ILS Law College and an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Glasgow.
